PAYMENTS T&C

 B) In regards with your Client agreement you will be required to pay for sessions with less than 24 hours cancellation period, unless advised by your Trainer/Coach 

B.1) If your session is paid for and needs to be rescheduled by the Trainer/Coach it will be credited and scheduled within 24hrs of rescheduling 

B.2) If your session is paid for and needs to be rescheduled by the the client (you) with more than 24 hours notice, it will be credited and scheduled within 5 days


All payments processed via contact with WategoFitness services, exchnage of direct debit via exchange account or direct debit both manual or via contact and exchange of sales


all payments regarding prepaid product, examples as workouts or programme's are NON-REFUNDABLE as each product is time created and so in order to maintain respectful business trade, all prepaid products negligable to all form of refund

Participation & Involvment T&C

Duties of customer via personalised training

A.1) All fitness and activity will be organised and completed at the requested locations:

A.2) All Fitness Classes, group fitness classes, etc in organised/requested locations:

A.3) all coaching and training will be completed at and on the given routine by coach/trainer

B) all information and client information will remain confidential including, payment method,photos, credentials etc . between the Trainers/Coaches/Fitness Professionals & Trainers and Coaches with WategoFitness 

B.1) if breach of confidentiality agreement, trainer/coach is to cease any and all future services with client and is to be refund 50% of intial purchase (B.1) only applicable with coaching, non applicable to One Off Payments)

C) In order to participate in session, one on one training or any physical activity under the supervision of WategoFitness Trainers/Coaches, the client must be wearing appropriate fitness gear, equipment & clothing to carry safe activity.

C.1) if client arrives to location or coaching/training session with incorrect PPE, the trainer/coach can cancel

D) if client is injured or has any pre existing conditions that may prohibit or stop their training, the client is repsonsible for telling the trainer and notifying trainer from meeting to ending of service, if client fails to notify trainer and becomes ill or injured while participating in WategoFitness Service, client will be accountable and repsonsible for any and all occured injuries and contraindications.


In order to participate in wategoftiness personalsied training services is free choice of own ability based upon services provided or sale, a pre consultation for personalised training services will be conducted with a pre client consultation in order to mainatain health and saftey of all of our clients, and can be met witht he affirmations of a GP in order to maintain true safety and wellbeig of all customers and WategoFitness values.



Refunds t&c

Refundment regarding Perosnalised services:

1) Any and all refunds completed with wategoFitness will only be authorized once both client and Trainer have confirmed and signed a completeion of service certificate, this only happens if all guidlines and criteria of payment process have been met

1.1) absolutely no refunds on any premade programs or programming will be completed, as each program is downloadable and cannot be traced

1.2) Client personalised training and programming will be refunded 40% of initial pricing due to trainer time and dedication. 

1.3) Client or customer can cancel service at any point of time with confirmation of trainer permission, client or customer will be subjected to payment of 40% initial service price asweel as current completed payments

1.4) the client or customer will be subjected to 30% surcharge rate if payments are missed and will be held accountable for completing any and all agreed payments with WategoFitness protected by Building Industry Fairness (Security of Payment) Act 2017

2) in order for client to cancel ongoing or remaining subscriptions and payments to WategoFitness client must give 48 hours notice to trainer / coach 

2.1) if client fails to give notice and wants to cancel recurring payments do to medical reasons and contraindications, client must provide Health and Medical Certificate stating doctors permission for releave, this certificate must be obtained from GP or accredted practioners in order to cancel future or current recurring payments with WategoFitness 

2.3) if client fails to give notice of Unattendance for one on one training or does not show up to scheduled/booked training, Client must pay for the intial session as client repsonsibilities will have been breached 

2.4) if client fails to give notice on rescheduled training sessions or coaching, the client will continue to be charged the initial price of the training sessions as client repsonsibilities will have been breached 

3) terms of refundable product apply only to product or service not meeting expectational results of business.

3.1) expectational results of business are that the service or product provided meet any physiological changes.

3.2) terms in which product or service is refundable is if physiological change does not happen and client feels no absolute change, Product and service provided is managed and planned for physiological change aswell as adaptation

physical changes refer to the increase, decrease , progression or regression of the phsyical body, if these changes are not made client is open and fully reimbursed for refundable process and exemptions as stated.


Refudment Regarding Pre Paid Products

any and all pre paid products are exposed to a non refund policy, each purchase one completion of transaction becomes the full responsibility of the customer/client.

in order to mainatain businness apprasial each service or prepaid product has been designed with quality of service and thus once exposure of quality completes we can no longer reserve or refund our pre paid products in order to maintain business quality of production as the services and pre paid services are time based and in order to maintain fair trade for both parties we exclude any and all refund of premaid services


Refundment of any dmaged stock or product:

if recieving your product and is damaged or broken, your are exempt to our refund policy in order to replace our product for another of the same value or reciev money back.
